From what I know, DecorousContract is not an Online Shopping Company, is it true?
Our core business is to provide corporations and organizations in Indonesia, from small enterprises to multi-national corporations with premium office furniture and public seating products, specializing in contract furniture sales, design, and interior consulting, asset management and facility services. Since most of our projects are in bulk quantity, we ordered an extra quantity from our manufacturers. We would like to share the experience of our premium products -especially Office Chairs- with our individual customers in Indonesia through a secure Online Shopping experience. How do I place my order ?
You can order online simply by clicking the "Add To Basket" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later) and when you are done shopping click on the "Checkout" button which takes you to our order form. We accept Master Card, Visa, AMEX and Visa Electron cards. What is the currency of the prices do you apply to your products?
The currency we apply to our products is in Euro, the reason why we do this is merely to maintain a stable international currency exchange which we think Euro is more applicable with international circumstances instead of US Dollar. Do you accept Indonesian Rupiah for the transaction?

Delivery is free for orders of Euro 300 and over, for orders under Euro 300 we charge a nominal Euro 25.00 How long will I have to wait for delivery ?
Delivery times vary according to the product and the manufacturer. Approximate times are given next to each product description but these may vary depending on how busy the manufacturer is when you place your order. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of. Generally, when more than one item is ordered all items will be delivered at the same time What if I am unable to take delivery of my order when it is ready ?
If you are having work done in your home please be aware that building projects are frequently delayed. If you are unable to take delivery of your furniture when it is ready we will store it for you free of charge for 21 days. We can not store items beyond this time, if items are still in storage with us after this period the order will be cancelled and a surcharge of 10% deducted from your payment, the remainder of your payment will then be refunded to you Can I cancel my order ?
You may cancel your order at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days following delivery of the goods. Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery to arrange collection. This collection will be at your expense. Any money which you have paid will be refunded within 30 days provided that we receive your goods in as new condition and in undamaged original packaging with all accessories and components. A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves. Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be retuned to you at your expense. What if part of my delivery is damaged or missing ?
This happens infrequently, but sometimes furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect. If this occurs you must inform us within 48 hours on 021-71794590 or use the Contact Us page for other ways to get in touch. We will arrange for the goods to be repaired in your home if possible, alternatively we will arrange to have them returned to the manufacturer. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging. All returns and repairs must be arranged through our Customer Service Department (we are unable to pay for returns which we have not authorized). Can you send me a brochure ?

All of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. These vary in length but are for a minimum of one year. Specifics on getting warranty service will depend on the item, the nature of the problem, the manufacturer and your location. Further details on manufacturer’s warranties will generally be attached when you get your new furniture. Your statutory rights are not affected. What if I have a complaint?
We are determined to provide the easiest and best way to buy furniture online, and we are not satisfied unless all our customers are delighted with their purchase and their experience of shopping at DecorousContract. We will acknowledge your complaint within one working day and will do our very best to resolve it speedily as possible. Where a complaint has not been resolved within one week, you will receive weekly updates on its progress.
